A Trailblazer’s Evolution
Joseph Kubon embarked on his Salesforce journey in 2012 while serving as a business analyst at iHeartRadio. Researching CRM solutions, he recognized the potential of customized solutions with Salesforce, prompting him to consider a career in software development. Moving from a business analyst to a vital member of the Salesforce implementation team, Joseph seamlessly transitioned from learning Salesforce Administrator skills to mastering platform development. In his first implementation, he made substantial contributions to iHeartRadio’s Salesforce CRM, advocating for intelligent solutions that prioritized configuration over coding.
Joseph’s ambition and willingness to explore new horizons led him to new professional challenges, including a role at SWBC where he scaled the company’s Salesforce user base from 150 to more than 600 across multiple companies. In 2019, he felt ready for a new challenge and began his Salesforce Architect journey, continuing to expand his expertise. Today, Joseph holds more than 40 Salesforce certifications and is a respected leader in the Salesforce Architect community.
