Nadina D. Lisbon is a Trailblazer

A Journey Led by Determination and Passion

Nadina D. Lisbon is nothing short of a go-getter. Growing up in the Caribbean and venturing to the United States on her own for college, she showcased her drive and determination from an early age. Her passion for problem-solving led her to pursue a double major in mathematics and computer science as well as a master’s in computational science. It was during this master’s program that a professor recommended Nadina for an internship with a company using Salesforce, setting the course for her career as a developer, and eventually, as an enterprise architect.

After the internship, Nadina was offered a full-time position, marking the start of her professional journey with Salesforce. While she thrived in the dynamic environment of a startup, wearing many hats and learning several skills, Nadina decided to move into the enterprise space where she could focus solely on the Einstein 1 Platform. Becoming a Salesforce expert and understanding the various technologies that integrate with the platform was a strategic shift that propelled Nadina’s career to new heights.

Every new job was a chance to learn about different technologies and how they integrate with Salesforce. It made me a better developer and a more strategic thinker.

Breaking Barriers and Looking Ahead

Nadina’s dedication to continual learning and problem-solving, plus her strategic approach to career development, led her to become the first Black female Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA). As a CRM enterprise architect, Nadina continues to use her analytical and big-picture thinking by integrating cutting-edge technologies into business solutions. With next-generation AI transforming business operations and CRM, she is excited about Salesforce’s recent AI launches, such as Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Einstein Copilot.
