World Tour London

Event Information

If you’ve never been to a Salesforce World Tour event before, you’re in for a treat.

World Tours are flagship Salesforce events around the world that help people connect, learn and be inspired. Expect to hear not only about technology, but also what is possible for your company and your career.

At the full day in-person event there'll be over 70 sessions of content geared towards helping everyone succeed, you’ll have the chance to explore demo booths, industry specific content, and hear from Trailblazers from across the UK and Ireland. Friends for life have been made at World Tours!

There’s always a surprise element to World Tours, and this year will be no different, with special guests and entertainment.

World Tour London is all about learning, and we want to make sure you leave with a clear picture of how you can bring change into your organisation.

There will be 70+ sessions available at World Tour London, across a variety of session types, including:

Keynotes
The latest product innovations and the biggest announcements from Salesforce with live demos, luminaries, and stories of customer success.

Breakouts
Deep dive 30-minute presentations into a particular product, feature, or topic.

Theatres
20-minute informative session on a specific topic. Can be tips and tricks or a how-to presentation.

Roundtables
Small group discussion on a particular topic. Opportunity to network and discuss common challenges facing the Salesforce community and experts.

Hands-on Workshops
Expert-led trainings to learn a product or skill - don't forget to bring your own device so you can get hands-on with your learning.

Anyone can enjoy a Salesforce event, but World Tour London in particular is well suited to directors and strategic leads in companies across all industries and sizes.

Salesforce World Tour London is an event that takes place in-person at the following location, date and time:

Location: The ExCeL Centre, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL

It is free to attend Salesforce World Tour London, but pre-registration is required to gain entry.

Salesforce is pleased to offer complimentary entry passes to events when appropriate under applicable laws and policies of your employer. Salesforce is committed to high standards of ethical conduct and does not intend to offer an inappropriate gift or create the appearance of impropriety. To assist us in furtherance of our policies we ask that you forward this invitation to your ethics officer for their input. The per person value of the complimentary ticket is approximately £65. This complimentary ticket is not in consideration of, or related to, any future pending business you may have with Salesforce.

Yes, The keynote will be broadcast live on Salesforce+ on Thursday June 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. BST.

You can pre-register for the broadcast-only event on Salesforce+ from Thursday 25th April

Selected sessions will also be available to view on-demand after the show on Salesforce+.

Admission to breakouts and theatre sessions is first-come, first seated.

Building your agenda in the mobile app does not reserve you a seat.

We advise you to arrive early to ensure you get the sessions you really want.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be served at check-in and during the morning tea break. Grab and go snacks will be provided during the Lunch break. Alcoholic and soft drinks along with light refreshments will be provided as part of the end of day networking reception. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available.

Water will be available throughout the day - bring your refillable drink bottle to stay hydrated.

Tickets and Registration

It is free to attend the Salesforce World Tour London however pre-registration is required to gain entry.

If you are no longer able to join us in person at World Tour London kindly let us know in advance by emailing Salesforce World Tour Support at worldtoursupport@salesforce.com.

Please note that registrations for the in-person experience are non-transferrable.

You do not need to let us know if you cannot attend the live online broadcast. Your login will remain valid so you can watch selected sessions on demand another time.

You may be asked to show Government Issued ID at registration to obtain your event attendee badge.

Transportation

There are different post codes for the east entrance and the west entrance to the ExCeL venue.

You can use E16 1FR for the east entrance, closest to Prince Regent DLR station, the Aloft Hotel and an easy walk along the ExCeL boulevard to the entrance to Salesforce World Tour London.

Or you could use E16 1 AA for the west entrance, closest to the Elizabeth Line station, the Novotel Hotel and an easy walk along the ExCeL boulevard to the entrance to Salesforce World Tour London.

Information about driving and parking is provided by the ExCeL here, including a map of the car park. Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, using pay and display. If you are travelling to ExCeL London by road please use postcode E16 1XL for the parking area.

The ExCeL venue is a public transport destination.

You can use the DLR, the Customs House stop is the closest station to the west entrance, the Prince Regent stop is the closest station to the east entrance of ExCeL. You can walk from either stop along the boulevard to the entrance to Salesforce World Tour London inside the ExCeL venue.

You can also travel on the Elizabeth Line, alighting at the Customs House stop.

World Tour London 2024 will have coat and bag check facilities available after you have been through security screening close to the event registration area. This will open during the event and close 30 minutes after the event ends.

The ExCeL venue also offers cloakrooms which are open during event hours and are provided complimentary (subject to availability). These are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0. Please note the ExCeL is unable to store any items overnight and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in these cloakrooms at any time.
