In March 2022, in partnership with AMBA & BGA, we surveyed 144 business school leaders to understand their attitudes and perceptions on user experience, personalisation, online learning and micro-credentials within the business school sector today. We found a staggering 80% of business school leaders surveyed believe that their institution is under pressure to change their value proposition and business model and already, 86% of institutions are offering a combination of in-person instruction and online instruction.
