Salesforce has made the 2023 “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” list, which is published annually by global inclusion and equality non-profit Disability:IN.
How it scored: For the fifth consecutive year, Salesforce earned a top score of 100 on Disability:IN’s comprehensive benchmarking tool.
Driving the news: Disability:IN’s comprehensive benchmarking tool analyzes companies’ equality practices and scores them on a scale of zero to 100, helping them build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that they can take to achieve greater disability inclusion in the workplace.
- To be included in the “Best Places to Work” list, companies need to score at least 80 on the Disability Equality Index (DEI®).
Salesforce perspective: “This score is an opportunity to celebrate Salesforce’s culture of inclusion. I’m incredibly proud of the work this team has put in to receive this achievement for five years in a row,” said Catherine Nichols, VP, Office of Accessibility, Salesforce.
- “We also acknowledge that our work here is never done. We’ll continue to prioritize access and inclusion in Salesforce’s products, events, programs, and experiences to create a truly equitable workplace for all,” Nichols continued.
